What makes Cape Cod unique? It’s not just the flexed bicep shape of the island that is uniquely Cape Cod. Artists, writers, and entrepreneurs of all sorts populate this spit of sand that juts into the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll find organic farmers, natural soap makers, herbalists, brewers, wine makers, bread bakers, chocolatiers, jewelry makers, and folks who do all sorts of things with cranberries. It’s what we love most about living and working here and what drew us to be innkeepers of the Captain Farris House in Yarmouth, MA.
Many of these creative and enterprising people achieved success locally and regionally with their products, and in some cases, nationally. If you want to sample what’s so uniquely special about Cape Cod, seek out products that are made here. The next time you visit us, make a plan to check out some of these wonderfully inspiring local business folks.
